- 1 / 5By Amandaa CambronThe only reason I am giving a 1 star is so I can write this review. Terrible service by management. I believe her name was Trista. Was in the store about 10 minutes and the cashier ringing everyone up was backed up and Trista was just standing there watching her employee struggle and texting on her phone. As I waited in line I also heard what you call "management" exploit some very personal information on another team member. I have managed several stores, a gas station being one and I would never represent my business in the manner this lady did. Teamwork is always important and professionalism. SERIOISLY think Caseys needs to over view their choice is management. Will drive the extra mile for a different gas station.January 24, 2017
